This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests work for TabNest subscriptions purchased through Paddle.
TabNest may offer the following recurring subscription plans:
Weekly — $1.99 per week
Monthly — $3.99 per month
Yearly — $12.99 per year
The exact price, applicable taxes, billing frequency, and total amount payable will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
TabNest subscriptions are recurring subscriptions.
Unless cancelled, a subscription automatically renews according to the billing interval selected at checkout.
You authorize the applicable recurring charge when you purchase the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by Paddle, cancelling a subscription does not immediately remove access that has already been paid for. The subscription generally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
After the subscription reaches its cancellation date, no further recurring subscription charges should be created for that subscription.
You may cancel through the subscription-management facilities provided by Paddle, including the cancellation mechanism available through your Paddle subscription/customer communications.
Where TabNest provides an in-product subscription-management control, you may also use that control to initiate cancellation or manage your subscription.
If you cannot access the cancellation mechanism, contact support with the email address or transaction information associated with your purchase.
Because TabNest is digital software delivered electronically, charges for a subscription period that has already started are generally not automatically refundable.
However, this policy does not exclude or restrict:
refunds expressly approved by TabNest or Paddle;
refunds required by applicable consumer-protection law;
statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase;
refunds resulting from a duplicate or erroneous charge;
refunds resulting from a failure to deliver the purchased service where a refund is required.
Refund requests are reviewed according to the applicable circumstances, Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable law.
If you paid for a subscription but cannot reasonably access the premium functionality because of a material technical problem caused by TabNest, please contact support.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the problem.
Where the applicable service cannot be delivered because of a technical failure and a refund is appropriate, the applicable refund may be processed through Paddle.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period or were charged incorrectly, please contact Paddle or TabNest support as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide the relevant transaction, receipt, or subscription information so the charge can be investigated.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable TabNest purchases.
Paddle may process payment, billing, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and customer payment support.
For payment-specific questions, you may be directed to Paddle's buyer support services.
Applicable taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges may be calculated and collected during checkout based on applicable rules and your billing information.
Tax treatment may vary by jurisdiction.
Cancelling a subscription does not create a right to continue using premium functionality indefinitely.
Premium access is controlled by the subscription status communicated to TabNest.
Attempting to bypass subscription controls or obtain premium access without an active entitlement is prohibited under the TabNest Terms of Service.
Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy is intended to remove, limit, or override any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a stronger refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer remedy, that legal right will apply.
We may update this policy when our billing arrangements, subscription plans, refund practices, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will include a new "Last Updated" date.
