TableTimes ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a math practice application developed by CraftKoder. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using TableTimes, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
TableTimes is designed to work with minimal data collection. We do not require account creation or login to use the App.
The following data stays locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:
Practice history, scores, and accuracy per multiplication/math table
Streaks, XP, and progress statistics
App settings (theme, sound, number range, etc.)
Multiple profile data (Premium feature, if enabled)
If you uninstall the App, this locally-stored data is deleted along with it (unless you have enabled a cloud/device backup through your device's operating system, which is outside our control).
We use Firebase Analytics (a service provided by Google) to understand how the App is used, so we can improve it. This may include:
App usage events (e.g., which practice mode was opened, session length, questions answered)
Device information (device type, operating system version, language/region)
Approximate location (derived from IP address, at country/city level — not precise GPS location)
App performance and crash data
This information is aggregated and used for analytics purposes and is not used to personally identify you.
If you choose to unlock TableTimes Premium, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing (or, for iOS, the Apple App Store). We do not receive or store your payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.) — this is handled directly by Google/Apple in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so we can unlock Premium features on your device.
We do not require your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.
We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
We do not collect precise GPS location.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information collected through Firebase Analytics is used to:
Understand which features are used and how often, to guide future improvements
Diagnose crashes and technical issues
Measure conversion from free to Premium, to inform pricing and feature decisions
Ensure the App functions correctly across different devices
We do not use any collected data for targeted advertising, as TableTimes does not display third-party ads.
TableTimes uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
Service Purpose Privacy Policy
Google Firebase Analytics App usage analytics, crash reporting https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Play Billing Processing Premium purchases (Android) https://policies.google.com/privacy
Apple App Store (iOS, Phase 2) Processing Premium purchases (iOS) https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
We recommend reviewing these third parties' privacy policies to understand how they handle data.
TableTimes is designed to be usable by learners of all ages, including children practicing school-level math. We are committed to protecting children's privacy:
The App does not require any personal information (name, email, birthdate) to be used.
The App does not contain third-party advertising or social features that could expose a child to outside contact.
Analytics data collected via Firebase is aggregated app-usage data, not personally identifiable information about a specific child.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with applicable children's privacy laws (such as COPPA in the United States or GDPR-K in the EU).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Locally-stored progress data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.
Analytics data collected via Firebase is retained according to Google's Firebase Analytics data retention settings, which we configure to the shortest period practical for our analytics needs.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your information, including the right to:
Request information about what data is processed
Request deletion of data associated with your device (where technically feasible, since we do not maintain user accounts)
Opt out of analytics data collection via your device's privacy settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" / app permission settings, where applicable)
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.
If you use TableTimes outside your home country, your information may be processed in a country other than your own, including the United States, where our third-party service providers (Google Firebase) operate infrastructure. By using the App, you consent to this processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
