Tablekeeper is operated by Louis James Colson. Contact: scidr.dev@gmail.com.
Characters, hit points, resources, companions, inventory, actions, encounters, notes, maps and imported rules are stored on your device. Tablekeeper has no account system, developer-operated server, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK. Gameplay data is not automatically sent to the developer.
Undo/Redo history and a previous-save recovery copy may retain earlier versions of deleted or edited content. These copies remain on your device. Clear save history in Settings to remove the app’s history and recovery copies. Removing the app deletes its local data; separately saved exports and system backups must be removed separately.
You choose files using Apple’s Files or Photos pickers. Selected maps are copied into the app; a party marker is a manual position on the image, not GPS location. Tablekeeper does not request access to your full photo library, contacts, microphone or location.
Backup exports include campaign data and saved maps. Shared rule sets include the selected definitions. You choose the recipient or storage provider using system sharing controls. Those recipients and providers handle the copy under their own policies. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.
A Live Activity shows the character statistics you select during an active session. Other people who can see your Lock Screen may see those statistics. You can end the Live Activity in the app. Live Activities do not use a developer push service.
If you email support, the developer receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Please share only the information needed to investigate an issue. Support is handled through Gmail.
Apple may provide TestFlight feedback, crash reports or diagnostic information under your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. Tablekeeper does not include a separate crash-reporting SDK.
Support emails, attachments and copies of Apple diagnostic reports retained by the developer are deleted within 90 days after the issue is resolved. Apple and Google control retention in their own systems. To request deletion of support information held by the developer, email scidr.dev@gmail.com.
This support website is hosted on Google Sites. Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and cookies when you visit. See Google’s Privacy Policy. No additional analytics, advertising scripts or contact forms have been added to this site.
Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact scidr.dev@gmail.com.
