Claudine aspires to further develop her leadership skills by consistently growing and making a positive impact on the teachers and administrators she supports. She aims to empower teachers in all aspects of their craft and to help them thrive as educators. As an instructional coach, she aspires to support teachers in deepening their understanding of vertical connections, the power of play, and the impact that early literacy skills have on students' reading and writing achievements far beyond the classroom walls.
