Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications operated by taalm (collectively, the "Application"). taalm is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed to operate primarily on your device. The Service Provider does not operate application backends that collect personal information from the Application, and the Application does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
The Application stores limited gameplay-related information locally on your device (for example, progress, unlock status, scores, and similar in-app preference data) using on-device storage such as Android SharedPreferences. This information is used only to provide Application features such as saving progress and displaying scores. The Application does not require you to create an account or to submit name, email, or other contact details through the Application.
The Application does not declare network access for data collection purposes and does not transmit the locally stored gameplay information described above to the Service Provider.
Local Storage and Device Backups
Gameplay-related information remains on your device unless you clear the Application's data, uninstall the Application, or your device's backup settings copy application data as part of the operating system's backup features. The Service Provider does not control third-party backup services configured on your device.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application does not use cookies, pixels, advertising identifiers, or similar tracking technologies for analytics or advertising.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. Because the Application stores gameplay-related information locally on your device and does not transmit it to the Service Provider, the Service Provider generally cannot access or delete that on-device information remotely. You can clear it by clearing the Application's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
To exercise any rights that may apply to personal data the Service Provider holds, or to ask a privacy-related question, contact the Service Provider at amktaalm@gmail.com.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly understood under CCPA/CPRA in connection with the Application. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at amktaalm@gmail.com.
Third Party Access
The Application does not transmit User Provided or Automatically Collected personal information from your device to the Service Provider or to third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
The Service Provider may disclose information only if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; or when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. The Service Provider does not operate a practice of sharing Application gameplay data with marketing partners.
International Data Transfers
Because the Application does not transmit personal data from your device to the Service Provider, the Service Provider does not transfer Application-collected personal data internationally. If you contact the Service Provider by email, your message will be processed using ordinary email infrastructure, which may involve servers outside your country of residence.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop the Application from storing further gameplay-related information on your device by uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data in your device settings. Uninstalling or clearing data removes locally stored Application data from that device, subject to any copies retained by your device's own backup settings.
Data Retention Policy
Local gameplay-related information is retained on your device for as long as the Application remains installed and its data is not cleared, or until overwritten by continued use. The Service Provider does not retain Application gameplay data on its own servers because that data is not transmitted to the Service Provider.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, correspondence may be retained as needed to respond to your request and as required by applicable law. To request deletion of personal data contained in correspondence you sent to the Service Provider, contact amktaalm@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information (for example, through email correspondence), the Service Provider will delete this from their records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (amktaalm@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of information it processes. For Application gameplay data stored only on your device, protection also depends on your device security settings and any backup configuration you enable.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects personal data held by the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at amktaalm@gmail.com.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-10
Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent (for example, if you contact the Service Provider by email), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Contact Us
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at amktaalm@gmail.com.
