Entry Conditions

TA14 engagement begins with a defined system or workflow.

Access is appropriate for systems that:

• Make decisions

• Trigger actions

• Operate in real-world environments

• Impact physical systems or human outcomes

What Access Enables

Access to TA14 provides:

• Evaluation against admissible execution conditions

• Identification of execution validity gaps

• Determination of ALLOW / BLOCK / ESCALATE behavior at commit

• Alignment guidance with TA14 architecture (ASC, ACE, AEA)

Engagement Model

TA14 is applied to specific system segments or workflows.

Each engagement is:

• Bounded

• Deterministic

• Evaluated under real conditions

This is not a general consultation.

It is a structured assessment against a defined standard.

Submission

To request evaluation or discuss applicability, provide:

• A description of the system or workflow

• The type of decisions or actions performed

• The operating environment

• Known constraints or failure conditions (if applicable)

Submissions are reviewed for alignment prior to engagement.

Determination

TA14 does not assess performance.

It determines whether execution itself is admissible at commit.
