The Four Horsemen Charter

Disclaimer: Continuing with this charter hereby acknowledges the fact that officers may take action as a direct consequence of any of the below criteria regarding the code of conduct.

The Four Horsemen

The Four Horsemen are a raiding guild with a friendly atmosphere. Working together is the number one factor to our success. Due to this, we establish strong relationships with all guild members of all ranks. Our goal as one is to complete end-game encounters in a timely manner and maintain a reputable and charismatic attitude towards those around us.

Code of Conduct:

As a member of The Four Horsemen, you are to respect each other. Every action that is made represents The Four Horsemen as a whole, good or bad. Behaving in a positive manner within the large population of the Illidan Horde community is essential to The Four Horsemen’s standards.

We are a mature group of players, in raid, in chat, and while communicating with all others. This level of maturity is a core fundamental of The Four Horsemen. If you ever have a suggestion to improve a fellow member’s playing ability, you MUST do so in a positive and constructive manner.

Maintaining this level of respect and maturity is required at all times. Whether in the heat of raid progression, or casual guild chat, condemning and belittling each other does not change the outcome of a raid encounter and should never be used towards other members. If you fail to settle differences between you and anyone else, whether a guild member or not, you are to contact an officer. You will not publicly rant or address anyone in a negative manner before discussing with an officer.

Failure to comply with our code of conduct may result in demotion or removal from the guild.

Goals

The Four Horsemen is a re-formed guild with a diverse range of members. Ranging from top-tier raiders to newer and ambitious raiders. However, we all have the goal of achieving top 500 US guild. We only raid two nights a week for a few hours a day. This is only seven hours a week, a very small amount that will require performing at high level in a timely manner. If this style does not match yours, The Four Horsemen may not be for you. Ultimately, The Four Horsemen strive to have fun while still being a competitive guild.

Expectations

The Four Horsemen is a high-end raiding guild. If a raid is planned and scheduled, you are to be fully prepared and ready for each encounter. All raiders of The Four Horsemen are expected to maintain an 90%+ attendance rate, and to also post on the Discord's Absences/Late tab if an absence or tardiness is to occur. Time is crucial to a guild that strives to be competitive while only raiding seven hours a week. Members of The Four Horsemen are expected to show up 15 minutes prior to each raid for invitations as well as repairing and purchasing any essentials. Raiders are expected to be fully prepared with flasks, food, potions, and any other materials required for raid.

During our raid hours, you are expected to be attentive and aware at all times. You are expected to be the most effective player you can possibly be for seven hours a week. You are to never go ‘AFK’ without informing an officer. Any loot that is dropped will be handled by an established Loot Council.

As a member of The Four Horsemen you are expected to familiarize yourself with the following:

Guild Discord (https://discord.gg/MjT2y5c)

Warcraft Logs

Raidbots

Sim Craft

Cross Realm Applicants

If cross realm raiding is active for the current tier and difficulty you are not required to transfer until we determine your trial status.
