Registration & Certificate Guidelines

1. Authors/presenters who wish to attend the conference are required to register and pay the required fee. (A single registration covers a maximum of three papers, and a physical Certificate will be provided to the presenter)2. Digital copies of the certificate will be issued to co-authors who do not wish to attend the conference and have not registered. 3. Certificates will list the presenter and co-authors separately.

Limited Scholarships Available:

NPTEL Conference Support

Support for SPoCs: If you are a faculty member from an NPTEL Local Chapter, you may be eligible for the Support a SPoC for Conference scheme.
Support for NPTEL Stars: If you are an NPTEL Star (i.e., have completed multiple NPTEL certifications), you may apply under the Support a Star for Conference scheme.

Other Scholarships

A very limited number of scholarships are available for T4E attendees. Applications will be evaluated based on the application form submitted by the participant. These scholarships cover conference registration and may also provide travel and accommodation support, up to a maximum of Rs. 10,000.

Important Clarifications

Scholarship awards are competitive and based solely on the number of applications received, as availability is limited. While not every applicant can be awarded, the selection process is fair and transparent.

Notes:

Only registered attendees are eligible, as scholarship information will be shared one week prior to the conference.
Scholarships are awarded only if you attend all days of the conference.
Travel and accommodation support will be processed as refunds and require submission of original bills.
Refunds will be processed within 14–21 days after the conference.
