Welcome to the home page of the Change Excellence Academy (Vision) project. We're an advisory centre that provides and alternative pathway for educators and aspiring educators on how to support experiential learning and a positive education. Based on the vision of our inaugural Chair, Tom Harris, we provide alternatives to rote learning techniques based on T4C Education's founding principles of engagement, positivity, and tolerance.

Casey German
Chair of the Change Excellence Academy (Vision)
About the Chair:
Casey German is an experienced educator and one of the founders of Project Excellence, the predecessor to CEA Vision. As Vision Chair, she lead our first step into experiential learning, positive engagement, and real advising. This is our first step into the real world of education. A protege of the Director of Education and Community Partnerships, Tom Harris, she previously worked with him at Progressive Education HK and at 'Tom Harris Education', Tom's independent education consultancy before starting with Time 4 Change. She is on the forefront on the movement to create 'experiential' schools. As Chair, she will bring Time 4 Change to the next level.
Adeline Hee, Director of Artistic Development and Skills
Hee is a pioneer of the artistic learning movement, helping T4C Education come up with new strategies of aiding early years and childhood development through art, particularly watercolours, which trigger specific neurological effects. As a childhood education consultant who has worked with many families over the years, Hee is well-qualified to help us here at CEA lead the way in alternative education.
