About Troop 440

Welcome to Troop 440, Spokane Valley’s active, girl-led Scout troop! Founded on February 1, 2019, as part of Scouting America’s inaugural launch of female troops, we partner alongside our sister troop, Troop 400—the largest in the greater Spokane area.

What We Do:

Year-Round Adventure: Monthly outdoor outings plus an annual BSA summer camp.
Core Focus: Leadership development, community service, hands-on Scout skills, and high-energy troop spirit.
Experienced Leadership: Shared committee guidance from seasoned, top-tier adult leaders.
