about Me

My teaching philosophy

I believe that anyone can do well in school. Kids can begin to feel they are bad in a subject because they don't do as well as their peers or because a teacher tells them so. For example, many kids struggle in math because they lose their confidence at a young age. They see a classmate solve a problem much faster than they can, and just assume they are bad at math

From my experience, the kids that believe they are bad in particular subjects can improve with a little help. That's where I come in. I try to show students that they can conquer any class with confidence, practice, and maybe a few tips and tricks.

About me

I was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. I graduated from Holland Hall in 2016. From there I went on to the Oklahoma State University. I graduated from OSU in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. I also have minors in International Business and Marketing.

I have been tutoring for about 5 years now. However, even before tutoring, I have coached and been a camp counselor so I have lots of experience with kids. I really enjoy seeing the progress students make with my tutoring sessions.
