InstaWall ("we", "our", or "us") operates the InstaWall - HD Wallpapers mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Data Collection and Usage

No Account Required: InstaWall does not require user registration or logins. Your favorite wallpaper collection and preference data are stored locally on your device via secure on-device storage.
Wallpaper Content: The app fetches high-quality images from the third-party Pexels API. We do not track or store your search terms or image downloads on external servers.
Third-Party Ads: We use Start.io to display advertisements (Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded Video ads). Start.io may automatically collect technical device data (Device model, OS version, approximate location, IP address, and Google Advertising ID) according to their own privacy policy to serve relevant ads.

2. Device Permissions

Storage/Downloads (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required on applicable Android versions to download and save wallpapers directly to your phone's local Downloads folder.
Internet (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to fetch wallpapers from the Pexels API and to request and display ads from the Start.io network.

3. Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell or share personal user data with anyone. Technical data is shared only with Start.io for monetization purposes.
Uninstalling the app or clearing the app cache will instantly and permanently erase all your locally saved favorite wallpapers and configuration data from your device.

4. Children’s Privacy & Security

InstaWall is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 13 years old.
We use standard security practices to protect all local data and communication with APIs.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy over time. Your continued use of the app constitutes agreement to any changes.
