Instructions for Abstracts:

• Papers should be maximum 2 pages long excluding references. We accept extended abstract of preliminary results or proof of concepts or works that were submitted to IROS'25, ICRA’26 conferences, or RA-L to be presented at IROS'25.

• Accepted papers will have the opportunity to present their work/ideas in a poster session. 

Instructions for Posters:

• Posters should be a maximum size of 4ft x 4ft or 122 cm x 122 cm. Therefore, we recommend the A0 poster size in portrait orientation. 

• Poster sessions will be during the coffee breaks.
