SPL Speech
SPL candidates are required to give a speech on election night; this speech must be written prior to election night. This speech should be 2-4 minutes long and answer these 4 questions:
What do you think is important to the troop (treks, advancement, meetings, games, etc.)?
What do you plan to do as SPL?
What experience do you have in the troop (rank, years active, treks, past leadership positions, etc.)?
Why are you the best candidate?

Other Positions
For all other positions, if you are interested, you must email a letter to t14holliston+por@gmail.com before election night. These letters will be given to the new SPL. They will then be announced the week following election night, after they have been approved by the Scoutmaster. The letter should state:
Who you are
Your current rank, and if you need leadership
The position(s) you want
Why you are a good candidate for the position(s)
What you will do in the position(s)
Signed with your name, phone number, and email address
