T-OPS ("Target operations") is a business application published by ERP Target. It is a client for the Target ERP system and is intended for use by employees and other authorised users of organisations that license that system. This policy explains what the app handles on your device and what it sends to your organisation's ERP server.
Who controls your data
T-OPS connects to an ERP server operated by the organisation that issued your account. That organisation controls the business data you view and enter through the app. ERP Target provides the software; it does not operate a central service that collects or aggregates your data.
Information the app handles
Account and sign-in information. Your username, password, server subdomain, member ID and user ID. These are used solely to authenticate you against your organisation's ERP server. Credentials and session tokens are stored encrypted on your device using the Android Keystore on Android and the Keychain on iOS, and are removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
Business data. Records you view or create in the app, such as customers, suppliers, quotations, sales and purchase invoices, orders, inventory, point-of-sale transactions and accounting vouchers. This data is transmitted to and stored on your organisation's ERP server.
App preferences. Language, theme, favourite modules, notification preference and receipt printer configuration. These are stored only on your device.
Device permissions
Internet, to communicate with your organisation's ERP server.
Bluetooth connect and scan, to discover and print to thermal receipt printers.
Camera, to scan barcodes and QR codes for item lookup.
Photos and files, only when you choose to attach a document or set a profile photo.
Location, declared only for Android 11 and earlier, where the operating system required a location permission in order to perform a Bluetooth scan. This does not apply on iOS. The app does not request, collect, use or transmit your location.
What the app does not do
T-OPS contains no advertising and no advertising identifiers. It does not run analytics or crash reporting services. It does not sell your data and does not share your data with third parties. Data leaves your device only to reach the ERP server your organisation has configured.
Children
T-OPS is a workplace tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children and is not designed for use by anyone under 18.
Retention and deletion
Information stored on your device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app. Business data held on your organisation's ERP server is retained and deleted according to that organisation's own policies. To request access to or deletion of that data, contact your system administrator.
Security
Credentials and session tokens are held in encrypted storage on your device. Communication takes place with the server endpoint your organisation configures. You are responsible for keeping your device and your sign-in credentials secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised last updated date.
