T-EGP NOTICE MAKER is an independent extension for building, editing, and exporting tender notices based on tender information that users choose to collect from the Bangladesh e-GP website. It is not an official Bangladesh Government or e-GP product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Bangladesh e-GP platform.

Information accessed for notice creation

While a user is operating the extension on eprocure.gov.bd or www.eprocure.gov.bd, it reads tender information selected by the user, such as tender IDs, work descriptions, procuring entities, fee and security amounts, dates, qualification information, and other relevant notice fields. This information is used to prepare notice previews and exports. The extension does not need access to unrelated websites for this purpose.

Signup and account data

For signup and activation, users provide their full name, mobile number, and address. On signup the extension also sends the browser user-agent string and a timestamp. The extension communicates with an operator-managed Google Apps Script backend, which stores submitted account data and activation status in Google Sheets. The mobile number is used to check whether an account is active. The extension also retrieves a text-only, administrator-configured footer message.

Local data

The extension may store notice-cart selections, collected tender details, templates and styles, drafts, generated-notice metadata, collection progress, account profile, and cached activation/configuration data in local browser storage and Chrome extension storage. This allows users to resume work and retain settings between visits. Users may manage generated notices within the extension or remove local stored data through browser controls.

Purposes and sharing

Information is used to perform user-requested notice creation and export, save user preferences and progress, and operate signup and account activation. Google Apps Script and Google Sheets process account data as infrastructure providers. We do not use this data to serve personalized advertisements or to determine creditworthiness. Security

Account-backend requests use HTTPS. Tender website requests follow the user’s e-GP website session and website security protections. Retention and deletion

Local notice data may persist until a user removes it through the extension or browser controls. Your choices
