In order to attend the conference a two-step registration is required:
fill in the online registration form by the 1^st of February;
by the end of March, we will contact you to confirm whether your registration for the conference has been accepted (unfortunately, due to space reasons, the number of participants is limited);
only after receiving our confirmation, you will be asked to book your own room (unless you are a speaker) by contacting the Grand Hotel San Michele either via e-mail (info@sanmichele.it) or filling in the reservation form on the hotel website (https://www.grandhotelsanmichele.it/info-e-prenotazioni), explicitely writing that you are a conference participant.
The Grand Hotel San Michele agreed to offer a limited number of rooms at the following rate :
Single room (double room for single use) at 142€/night,
Double room at 126€/night,
Prices are intended per person and include full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Both the social dinner (33€) and the city tax (1,20€/day) should be paid extra.
