Steps to Reset Your SYW Account PIN 

1. Open the SYW website or SYW mobile app.

2. Go to the Sign In page.

3. Click on Forgot PIN.

4. Enter your registered email or phone number.

5. Check your phone/email for the OTP code.

6. Enter the OTP on the website/app.

7. Create your new PIN.

8. Click Save to finish the reset.

9. Login again using your new PIN.

Tips for a Strong PIN

• Use 4–6 digits

• Avoid using your birth year

• Do not use the same number repeated (like 1111)

• Don’t share your PIN with anyone
