What is "HOBBY FAIR"?

Purpose and Abstract

✔ Make friends and deepen friendships through 5-10 minutes presentations on a topic of your interest.

✔ Booth format with small groups allows for presentations and interaction in a relaxed atmosphere.

✔ Interact with students from different countries, universities, ages, and departments to learn and find new passions.

Wednesday, March 19 5:00p.m.～6:30p.m at REN 3106

5:00～5:05 Welcome and Overview 

5:10～5:25 Presentation Round ① 

5:30～5:45 Presentation Round ②

5:50～6:05 Presentation Round ③

6:10～6:30 Social Gathering Session

※ Each round will be 15 minutes total, with 5-10 minutes allocated towards the presentation and the rest will be Q&A. Each presentation will contain visuals like slide decks, and will be shown via personal device (laptop). 

※ Social Gathering Session: Both speakers and listeners will have a chance to interact with each other, deepen friendships, accompanied by snacks and juice!

Speakers are required to register by completing THIS FORM by Tuesday, March 18!
