Our vision:
Enable a residential service industry to grow beyond the either/or choice of rentership or ownership.
Redesign the split incentive of renters/landlords for utility/property costs. Usually, renter pays bills but owns nothing and landlord owns everything but pays no bills. The “split incentive” reduces the incentives to steward and upgrade buildings for long term value.
Create a replicable model for LMI areas.
Create aggregations of smart, resilient, healthy homes for customers to own securely.
