The Venue

The clinic will be held at the beautiful Al Marah Equine Center on Bear Canyon Road in Tucson. We will be working in their covered arena, with lectures held in the AMEC classroom.

Please note that all horses must have proof of vaccinations and a current Coggins. AMEC is a bio-secure facility. Horses participating in the clinic cannot come within contact of the AMEC herd. Participant who handle horses should also not come into contact with the AMEC herd.

Plane

The closest airport is Tucson International Airport (TUS). Phoenix International Airport (PHX) is about 2 hours away and a shuttle transfer is available.

Car

Al Marah Equine Center is on the northeast side of Tucson. You will want to take I-19 or I-10 to downtown Tucson and use a navigation system to get to 4101 N Bear Canyon Road. 

 The Friday evening dinner and lectures will be held on the roof top of the Environment and Natural Resources 2 Building (ENR2) When entering the building, turn right and take the elevator on the right to the Roof. In the event of rain, the dinner will be held in the Slot Canyon Cafe on the ground floor of ENR2.

Parking is available next to ENR2 on the east side, at the Sixth Street Garage, 1201 E 6th Street.
