As previously mentioned, the only term you truly need to know in regards to traveling is "system travel" itself. However, there are terms out there coined by the community that have helped traveling systems communicate and label their experiences.
Regular: A system member traveling to and from another system's headspace.
Goal-Orientated: A system member travels to another system’s headspace for the sole purpose of completing a task (ex. a doctor traveling to help a person in need).
Residental: When the traveling member remains in the other headspace for a long period of time.
Delivery: Sending an item to another system’s headspace instead of a person. Typically regarding a less risk than regular travel.
Trading: Sending items to and from headspaces.
Letters: Sending documents/letters to and from headspaces.
This is an ever-expanding list.
