Yongseok Son (손용석)
I am an assistant professor in School of Computer Science and Engineering, Chung-Ang University (CAU). Before joining CAU in Sep 2018, I was a postdoctor research associate in Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). I earned the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Intelligent Convergence Systems and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Seoul National University (SNU) in Feb 2018, and Aug 2012, respectively, and received the B.S. degree in Information and Computer Engineering from Ajou Univeristy in Aug 2010. My research areas are operating systems, file and storage systems, parallel and distributed systems, and database systems.
