For viewing a contact in Lotus Notes it is necessary to sync contacts with mail file. You can perform this task by following the given steps:-

• First, you need to shut down the Lotus Notes application.

• Remember all the contacts needs to be saved in names.NSF file. Take the .nsf file backup located at the given locations:-

  • C:\Program Files\IBM\Notes\Data\names.nsf it is the default path

• Then start the Lotus Notes and go to contacts.

• Press Ctrl + A it will select all the contacts. And now cut the contacts by holding Ctrl + X key. Verify there are no contacts need to left in address book.

• Visit the file and then preferences and choose contacts select option enable synchronize contacts and click ok.

• For viewing the replication page go-to tools then replicate and sync all.

• Tap on start now to start the synchronization of the contacts.

• At last, verify you will see all the contacts get synchronized with the mail file.
