Maxwell 205A: The Seminar Room

Love having class in the Seminar Room, surrounded by all those books? Try studying in there between classes! The Seminar Room (Maxwell 205A) is available as a study space when it isn't being used as a classroom. Stop by and check out the schedule posted on the door to see when it's available!

The seminar room is on the second floor near the department office, just across the hall from the second floor elevator.

The Anthropology Lounge

Formerly known as the "Grad Lounge," the Anthropology Lounge is now open to ALL anthropology students! As Prof. H likes to say, "311 just makes so much more sense when you do the readings in the Anthropology Lounge!" The lounge features plenty of comfy places to sit, and even a fridge to stash your lunch in.

The lounge is located directly across the hall from the department office.

*Please note that although the lounge is open to all majors and minors, use of the computer and printer is reserved for the graduate students only. It is important that your TAs have access to the computer to prepare for their classes, so please be respectful of this rule. We thank you for your cooperation.
