Working hard and smart for something greater than ourselves as individuals will allow for the winning culture we strive to create and improve upon. Our teammates are bonded together by our mutual love and respect for the sport and each other which carries our brotherhood beyond the confines of practice. From the moment the gun goes off to the second you cross the finish line, there is a common goal and expectation to perform your best each and every day.
