Terms of Service

General Process of Regular Commissions

1. A customer orders a commission. They will tell me the details of their inquiry and provide me with references.

2. The customer can request that I give updates on my process, or leave it to me to make a surprise. 

3. The customer will pay in full before I begin drawing. 

4. I'll start working on the order as soon as I can! I will tell you your position if other orders are pending before you. (Please refer minimum time estimated for each type of illustration.)

5. I send the finished artwork :D

6. The customer will check if any changes are needed to be made. I will edit it prior request. 

7. Once the customer is satisfied, I will send a Google Drive file of the final edit of the artwork.

8. This seals the business deal. Thank you!

Keep in Mind; Regular Commissions

• No negotiations of prices unless debating character complexity for prices stated on 'Full Character Illust.'

• You are not allowed to cancel your order or request a refund. 

• Your orders will be shown in any of my social media or example galleries- unless you do not want to.

• You can use the commission illustration you paid for without credit. 

General Process of PWYW Commissions

4. Once I have finished, I will send the watermarked version to the customer. 

5. The customer will check if any changes are needed to be made. I will edit its prior request. 

6. Once the customer is satisfied, I will send the payment link/account number to the customer.

7. Once the customer paid their preferred amount, I will send the version without the watermark as well as a Google Drive file for the illustration. 

8. This seals the business deal. Thank you!

Things to Keep in Mind

• Please do not pay in advance! Even if you're paying out of kindness so that I work for what is worth, this will fail my objective behind the PWYW commissions.

• Please do not tell me the price you will offer. 

• You are allowed to pay the lowest to the highest you can send me according to the banking requirements. 

• Your orders will not be shown in my social media or example gallery for this commission session. Feel free to post them yourself!

• You are allowed to use the commission illustration you paid for without credit. 

Malaysia's PWYW Orders

Malaysian Customers: Payment in Ringgit (RM to FPX Online Banking or E-Wallet)

This is the category for Malaysians cuz Malaysia's economy and perspective towards art might be in its league. Note that this category will be difficult for you to be in without concrete evidence. If you do not trust me, please do not show your personal details or your identity, and this is not a good practice to do with strangers. You can be in this category by meeting me in real life, showing me your ID, or having a social media that clearly depicts your citizenship as a Malaysian. If you do not have good evidence, I will have to put you in the International category. ^^
