These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Water Reminder app (“App”) provided by Syntrix App (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have guardian permission) to use the App.
2. App Purpose
Water Reminder is a general wellness and habit-tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Health Disclaimer
Always seek professional medical advice for health concerns. Do not ignore professional advice because of information from the App.
4. Accounts and User Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining security of your device and Apple account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features may require auto-renewable subscriptions.
Billing is handled by Apple via your App Store account.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage/cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Any free trial terms (if offered) will be shown in the App Store listing.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
7. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access
Use the App unlawfully
Interfere with app security or functionality
9. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, design, and code are owned by Javaria tariq or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, javaria tariq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Javaria Tariq from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
