Papers submitted to the Workshop Synthetic Realities and Data in Biometric Analysis and Security (SynRDinBAS) will be published as part of the WACV Workshop Proceedings and should, therefore, follow the same format as main conference papers. Workshop papers will be included in IEEE Xplore, but will be indexed separately from the main conference papers. All authors should carefully review the author guidelines that govern the submission and review process, as failure to comply with these policies may result in the rejection of your submission as well as possible additional sanctions in the case of dual submissions and plagiarism.
Workshop Paper Submission
SynRDinBAS paper submission and reviewing will be handled through a dedicated CMT link, which can be accessed below:
CMT acknowledgment: "The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support."
Paper Formatting
Papers are limited to 8 pages, including figures and tables, in the WACV style. Additional pages containing only cited references are allowed. All appendices must be supplied as supplementary material, in a separate file to the main paper, and do not count towards the 8 pages limit. Please download the WACV 2026 Author Kit for detailed formatting instructions and guidelines. These instructions can be found in the following link:
