Group work in schools and universities have been challenging for those tasked with leading these groups. Team leaders often encounter a variety of difficulties with the team members, such as poor communication ,uncooperativeness and hesitation to express concerns about pending tasks or ask for help. Issues like unclear task delegation, missing deadlines, disoriented file sharing, and last-minute panic work have highlighted the absence of a suitable system for effective team collaboration.

Team members have held team leadership positions in the past for various projects, and  have encountered individuals who fail to communicate or express concern about tasks that need to be finished by the deadline. Members have made the leaders panic and complete tasks at the last minute, disrupting other team members who are working. Communication problems also mean that the team leader has no way of knowing whether the member is working or not. As a result, it is very difficult to physically  witness  the verb being done rather than depending Solely  on the messages sent claiming to have done so.  To finish the final project and turn them in, the leader must thus act quickly,  make the necessary adjustments, and spend overnight completing the final project.
