For all events outside of regular Wednesday night gatherings, students must have a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form and must have submitted a 2018 Medical Form (scroll down for this).

This form must be signed and turned in for any Synergy event (anything outside of our regular Wednesday night gatherings).

Student Account Vouchers
Students get money for their student accounts by participating in fundraisers. Once a student has money in their account, they can use funds from the account for Synergy events by filling out one of these vouchers and submitting it to the youth pastor. You can see the balance of your accounts by clicking the Student Accounts tab.
