Data Deletion – Synergy NFR Health & Fitness
Synergy NFR Health & Fitness does not require account creation and does not maintain a remote user account database.
Health and fitness entries created within the app are stored locally on the user’s device.
Users may delete stored app data at any time by:
In-App Data Deletion
Open the Synergy NFR Health & Fitness app
Open Settings
Select Delete Data
This action may remove locally stored:
• Nutrition entries
• Fitness and workout entries
• Hydration data
• Sleep and recovery entries
• Step tracking entries
• Goal settings and progress data
• App preferences
App Uninstall
Users may also remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the application from their device.
Data Retention
Synergy NFR Health & Fitness does not maintain a remote database of user-created health or fitness entries. User-generated app data remains stored locally on the device until deleted by the user or removed during app uninstall.
