These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the following applications developed by Syndeo Global:

• Prayer Prompts Journal

• B777 Study Guide

• Read Tracker

(collectively referred to as “the Apps”).

By downloading or using any of the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Apps

Each App serves a distinct purpose:

• Prayer Prompts Journal provides faith-based prompts, journaling tools, and spiritual reflection features.

• B777 Study Guide provides educational aviation study material intended to support pilot training and review.

• Read Tracker provides tools for tracking reading sessions, time spent reading, and personal reading progress.

All Apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Purchases, Pricing, and Subscriptions

Pricing models vary by App:

• Prayer Prompts Journal may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and/or free trials.

• B777 Study Guide may offer one-time purchases and optional paid features.

• Read Tracker is offered as a one-time paid download with no subscription.

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID.

If an App includes auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All Apps, including but not limited to:

• Text

• Educational content

• Prompts

• Graphics

• Icons

• User interface design

• Source code

are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Apps.

4. User Content & Data

Any content you create (such as journal entries, notes, or session logs):

• Remains your content

• Is stored locally on your device and/or in your personal iCloud account, if enabled

We do not access, collect, sell, or transmit your personal content.

You are responsible for managing backups of your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Copy, modify, or redistribute App content

• Use the Apps for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with App functionality

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy of content

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

Use of the Apps is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Data loss

• Device issues

• Business or training outcomes

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any App if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of any App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
