SyncWage allows employers to manage employee attendance, payroll, and workforce information.
Employee-related data is entered and managed by the employer through the SyncWage platform. The employer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary legal authority and consent to process employee information.
If the employer enables GPS-based attendance or field workforce tracking, the application may collect location information for employees during active work shifts.
Location data is used only for:
Attendance verification
Office/site check-in validation
Field employee route tracking
Client visit verification
Distance and travel allowance calculations
Background location is collected only:
During an active work shift
After the required permissions have been granted
While location tracking is enabled by the employer
Tracking stops automatically when the employee ends the work shift.
