Face data is used solely for:
Employee identity verification
Preventing unauthorized or proxy attendance
Secure attendance management
SyncWage does not permanently store any facial images, biometric identifiers, or face templates.
Face verification is processed temporarily during attendance authentication only.
Once the verification process is completed, the face data is immediately discarded.
Since face data is not stored, no retention period applies.
SyncWage does not sell, share, or transfer face data to any third parties.
No third-party service providers store or retain any face data on behalf of SyncWage.
