Steps to Reset Synchrony Username or Password

1. Go to the Synchrony login page in your browser

2. Click on “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password”

3. Select what you want to recover (username or password)

4. Enter your account details (card number or username)

5. Enter your ZIP/postal code

6. Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN (if required)

7. Click Continue/Next

8. Verify your identity using OTP sent to your email or phone

9. Enter the verification code correctly

10. Follow the on-screen instructions

11. Create a new password or recover your username

12. Confirm the new password

13. Go back to login page

14. Sign in with your updated details
