Synced Bookmarks is published by Go with God. It stores your bookmark list on this device. If you turn on “remember passphrase,” that passphrase is stored on this device too. It is not sent to Go with God. When you click Connect Dropbox, you sign in at Dropbox and the extension saves a Dropbox access token on this device. Your bookmarks are uploaded as one encrypted file in your Dropbox app folder. Dropbox can see that a file was stored and can see your Dropbox account name and email during sign-in. Dropbox cannot read the bookmark list. The extension does not read the sites you visit, and it does not sell or share data. Browser bookmarks are read only if you choose Import.
