I did those two steps and the app said they were completed successfully. I waited a while to see if there would be any action, and the number of synced files went down by a few thousand, but then it stopped with 290k still to go, and the movies.zip file is still hanging there.

Please do jump in; I appreciate any and all solutions. As simple as it was, signing out and back in seemed to have helped somewhat. It's still stuck at syncing (or, more accurately, indexing) 29k files now, but it's no longer trying to upload the Movies.zip file.

Now, after reading everything you've provided me with, it sounds like a clear, clean start would be ideal indeed. I would suggest this: (for safety reasons purely) you can save all the content in an external hard drive, if you wish. If you make sure everything is synced, you should be good to go.

Regarding the first part of your response, I'd like to clarify and make sure I'm not misunderstanding: I would like to have my most recent files syncing between my laptop and regular Dropbox storage so that I can share them/collaborate/etc. When I'm finished with a project I would move the files to an external drive, and that would back up to Dropbox Backup (taking into account that any share links will be disabled when the files are moved to the external drive).

Package sync provides basic synchronization primitives such as mutualexclusion locks. Other than the Once and WaitGroup types, most are intendedfor use by low-level library routines. Higher-level synchronization isbetter done via channels and communication.

I've created a workforce application for assigning potholes that need to be filled by fieldworks. I'm currently testing the app and have assigned all of the points to 1 field worker. I open the app, mark an assignment as complete and click the sync button but get an error. Can anyone explain why this is happening/how to fix this issue? I've been testing for a few days now and this is the first time I've run into this error. In the screen capture I have Workforce open on the left and Field maps open on the right. You can see that the red dot still appears in fieldmaps and Workforce is throwing me the sync error.

We experience sync issue with our Workforce project as well. The cause is hard to pinpoint, but the ArcGIS Server log will give you clues. From my experience, there is usually an issue with the replica for that field user. A workaround would be to reload the Workforce project on the mobile device. This essentially creates a new replica for that user. The downside of reloading the Workforce project is that any changes that are in the previous replica (the one that wouldn't sync) are lost.

I see little point in pushing this issue when it has already been stated that changes in synchronisation are planned, but the available resources and current tasks do not allow this at the moment. Also, there is no point in comparing different products. The examples mentioned are all on Apple platforms, while Anki also works on Windows, Linux and Android. This means that iCloud is not available as a synchronisation option. In the end, it is also about human resources: Readdle (PDF Expert) has several hundred employees, Ginger Labs (Notability) several dozen. Not so Anki (but maybe I missed the opening of its prestigious Bay Area headquarters ).

@antonio258_ I can't remember which version asked you if you wanted to sync login into Google, I updated Windows 11 22H2 es-es to es-mx expecting to see the login screen, as the Setup said all config was gonna be reset... Or is it I can't find it, because is already sync?

I understand that to some it could sound counter intuitive, but from my perspective it's not. Edge has many great features over Chrome + all the features of Chrome, and I'd very much like to switch to it. However, the Google sync is the free, functionally perfect and as secure as it can be, and Microsoft's version of it is not even good enough to consider (tried it).

Try and factory reset the RBS then power them OFF. I would bring both RBS into same room as the RBR for ease of this sync operation.

Then remove both RBS from the RBRs web page Basic tab/Wireless.

I next launched the Orbi web interface and changed the network to a 10... series of IP addresses rather than the default 192... series (I have some devices where I've defined their IP addresses and didn't want to go through all that again). The satellites were already appearing on the list of devices at this stage (although without backhaul sync working).
