SyrupyGames ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Sync - Sink companion mobile application as a free companion app. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. 2. Device Permissions and Core Mechanics

To enable the game's core motion-control and local multiplayer matchmaking, the app requests specific iOS permissions. All data processed through these features remains strictly on your device or within your private local network:

• Camera Access (NSCameraUsageDescription):
  The app requests camera access solely to scan the pairing QR code displayed on the primary game screen. Camera frames are processed strictly in real-time on-device via optical scanning APIs. The app never captures, records, saves, or transmits photos or video feeds.

• Motion & Sensor Data (CoreMotion / Gyroscope / Accelerometer):
  The app reads real-time motion and tilt data to translate your physical movements into in-game controller inputs. This motion data is processed ephemerally in memory and is never logged, stored, or sent across the external internet.

• Local Network Access (NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription):
  The app requires local network access to discover and communicate with the main game instance running on another device connected to the same Wi-Fi/LAN network. No data leaves your local network.

3. Third-Party Frameworks and Apple Services

The app does not integrate any third-party data-harvesting SDKs or external cloud servers. The app relies solely on standard Apple platform frameworks (iOS/iPadOS) to operate. Any basic crash diagnostics or system analytics provided via Apple's opt-in developer telemetry are governed directly by Apple's Privacy Policy.
