if do upgrade from FMG, FMG will trigger an auto retrieve after upgrade succeeded, so can you help do a check for the upgrade history if FMG reported OK and also check revision history page, if there has a auto triggered retrieved revision? this warning is because FMG detected firmware change but did not see FMG side config updated (so a manual retrieve will fix this warning)

My version is 1.00.23.12, and the Amazon product page says I need to update to 1.00.26.12 to fix the video mode brightness issue. The product page says that I need to connect to wifi and wait 4 hours, at which point I'll get a popup to update the firmware, but it's been connected all day and so far nothing.

Last night I upgraded two sets of HA pairs (different locations). I went from 7.0.1-5030-R2007 to the latest 7.0.1-5111-R4251. The update was a little difficult. Uploaded the new firmware, booted with current config. After the reboot I noticed that the firmware went back to the old one. Rebooted again and the FW failed over and had the newer firmware. After doing this a few times I eventually had the current firmware on both FW's. I'm now noticing that my "settings sync" has a thumbs up but the "Stateful Sync" has a thumbs down. They used to both be the same before. Not sure how to fix this.

I've attached a picture of the state after the upgrade and the other picture is what it looked like before. Maybe something changed with the newer firmware? I should also note that fail over is working fine, I did test it.

Well oddly enough it was never turned on.. I don't have a license for stateful sync but on my other firewalls with the older firmware I always had the 2 thumbs up, lol. I've included images of my other firewall. This is what it looked like before.

@sdeyoung usually HA updates are pretty painless, maybe the trouble was caused by the older firmware. I upgraded multiple deployments in the last weeks, upload the firmware to the primary (which I make sure is active), wait for the upload to complete, initiate the upgrade, finish.

Hmm, yeah it's weird that every other unit I have out there with the older firmware all have the two thumbs up, even though I don't have the stateful license. I have 6 other pairs at other locations, none of them have stateful license and they all have the two thumbs up.

The same situation. At the same time, the flash drive inserted into the computer is synchronized without problems, as well as the SSD that I pulled out of the controller and connected to the computer. After returning the disk or flash drive to the controller, all playlists are visible and playable. You need to correct the situation, otherwise you will have to take the disk out of the controller for each new mix and return it back after synchronization. This is wrong, and a very big problem for actively working DJs.

maybe I have not explained myself correctly, I have deleted the internal HDD of my prime 4 and I have synchronized again, and then I have copied the Engine folder, in the prime 4, I am not saying that it is not an error, but at least like that, no it has given me problems

sincerely reflecting these days, I expect Denon to intervene immediately in this problem, releasing a new firmware that solves this serious error well, because it seems to me so absurd that a customer should put his hand on his software, and on the library, (a delicate operation and risky among other things) performing each time the format to your SSD or pen drive supports, because this is not at all the right way, to solve the problems, which instead the Denon software designers have to solve, that these tests, they have to do them, before releasing such an important and revolutionary firmware as this last one!! otherwise here is what damage occurs!!

I thought I'd check the firmware, but the firmware update page shows no model number and no firmware version for the satellite, and the status column takes a while before showing "Service unreachable". I tried doing a manual update on the satellite (IP is 192.168.1.3), but that opens a popup to and the browser says "192.168.1.3 refused to connect.". If I try to curl 192.168.1.3, I get:

I just tried changing the backhaul password to see if that forces anything. It resulted in the satellite going magenta. I still couldn't do anything via the browser if I connected my computer via ethernet directly to the satellite and manually set an IP (since it won't give me one). No amount of factory resetting or pressing sync buttons seemed to get the satellite to connect to the router, even if I tried re-adding the satellite to the router. But when I connected the satellite to the router via ethernet cable it seems to have updated it wrt the password and now it is no longer magenta. But:

I looks like the RBS850 is faulty. I bought a new one (it doesn't penetrate my small-but-longish London flat as well as I hoped it might, so a second satellite will be helpful anyways), and it works as expected, with none of the strange behaviours here, and I was able to update the firmware just fine.

Against my better judgement I decided to try and update the firmware for my APIM using Forescan. After doing so it stopped working and the firmware will not load. I have a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium with the most current Sync3 version updated that was working before updating the APIM. Any help or suggestions would be greatful.

All files are Normally done with the ignition on.

With the firmware files having issues, the asbuilt can probably not be accessed.

The Tentacle Sync TRACK E Firmware Update 2.3.0 (BETA 2) is now available to download. The big new addition with this firmware update is the ability for the TRACK E to output timecode through the headphone jack.

This new free firmware is a great addition to the TRACK E and it makes it a much more versatile device. Having the ability to use the TRACK E to send timecode and audio directly to a mirrorless hybrid at the same time is a nice feature. It is also great that you can now use the TRACK E as an additional timecode-only box.

Your firmware is simply way too old to auto update, follow the linked guide in order to flash a fresh one and replace the card. Once done, set it up for at least 30 min on Ethernet so it does its thing and properly configure itself and diagnose it to make sure it is up to date and connected.

This should bring it back up.

Now that the SmartThings firmware upgrade has occurred, I have noticed a change in the way in which the Fibaro light switches (Dimmer 2 and Single Switch 2) function when they are added to the SmartThings Hub. In short, they no longer appear to sync configuration changes, requiring me to use Z-Wave Tweaker in the IDE to sync the changes.

I bought and installed a V3 hub today - created a new location for the V3 hub while leaving my V2 hub connected as well (with 60+ devices). The V3 hub shows the current firmware (25.27). Samsung believes all Hubs should now be on 25.27, though my V2 hub is stuck on 25.26 (which may be related to the problem they caused, whether in the firmware itself, or in the back-end cloud server or the combination of the two).

Hi! Did this issue ever get solved? I seem to experience the same (or a similar) issue with my Fibaro devices. I have 2x motion sensors, 4x dimmer 2 and 8x wall plugs. They were all purchased and installed on my Hub V3 during the last 4 weeks, ergo all installed on firmware 28.

FWIW, I am using Z-Wave Metering Switch for my Fibaro plug so it runs locally and gives me metering information. I use Fibaro Dimmer 2 ZW5 for my Dimmer 2 modules which are all at firmware 3.5 now. Again with local processing.
