会場へは、小田急小田原線「本厚木」駅から徒歩約4分です。本厚木駅北口を出てロータリーを左に進み、正面の通りをまっすぐ進んでください。 最初の角を右に曲がり、しばらく直進すると右手に「神奈川工科大学 ITエクステンションセンター（ITビル）」が見えてきます。会場は3階 302号室です。The venue is about a 4-minute walk from Hon-Atsugi Station on the Odakyu Odawara Line. Exit the station from the North Exit, turn left outside the station, and walk straight along the road. Turn right at the first corner and continue along that street. The Kanagawa Institute of Technology IT Extension Center (IT Building) will be on your right. The venue is Room 302 on the 3rd floor.
会場での飲食は可能です。会場内でのペットボトル飲料やお茶菓子の飲食は差し支えありません。Eating and drinking are allowed in the venue. You may bring your own bottled beverages and snacks to eat and drink.
3階の講師控室（301号室）をご利用いただけます。当日は、他の講師の方が準備等で使用される場合がありますので、その際はテーブルなどのスペース確保にご協力をお願いいたします。Room 301 on the 3rd floor is available as a lounge for participants. Please be aware that the room is not only for the participants of the symposium, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in sharing table space.
