1. 24-Hour Exchange Window: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
2. Exchange Only: We offer replacements for faulty items. Please note that "Change of Mind" is not applicable for returns or exchanges.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule ⚠️: To validate any claim for damage, defects, or missing accessories, customers are required to record a continuous, Complete One-Shot Unboxing Video before opening the parcel.
The shipping label and tracking number must be clearly visible at the start of the video.
The video must be fully unedited with no cuts or pauses from opening to testing.
4. Strict Policy: Claims without a valid one-shot unboxing video or reported after the 24-hour timeline will unfortunately not be accepted.
