Sylvia Leffert is a full-time teacher, a part-time author, and an over-time mother from Southern Indiana. When she's not explaining an underdeveloped plot to her husband or attempting to teach English to mildly feral middle schoolers, you'll find her nose stuck in yet another romantasy novel.
Sylvia graduated from the University of Evansville with a degree in Secondary Education and a minor in Religious Studies. While she was there, she was president of the Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society and swam competitively for all four years. As of 2023, she is the Spell Bowl and Academic Bowl coach at the middle school where she teaches.
As a Christian, Sylvia accepts ALL of God's children as He made them, and her writing will always reflect her deep commitment to love, dignity, and inclusion.
