I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering at the University of Guelph, Canada. I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Next Generation Wireless Networks research lab at York University, under the guidance of Prof. Hina Tabassum from January to December, 2023.  I obtained my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Memorial University, under the supervision of Profs. Telex M. N. Ngatched and Octavia Dobre.

• [November 2023] Dr. Aboagye joins University of Guelph, Guelph, Canada as a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering.

• [May 2023] Dr. Aboagye is the recipient of the 2023 Governor General's Gold Medal in Graduate Studies award, which recognizes excellence in a doctoral program at Memorial University,  and the David Dunsiger Award for Excellence. 

• [October 2022] Dr. Aboagye is a recipient of the Provost's Postdoctoral Fellowship for Black and Indigenous Scholars from York University.
