The Sylvain Création Callas Association carries out various drone missions on a non‑paid basis, supported by voluntary donations, while strictly complying with European aviation regulations.

Documents provided to beneficiaries include indicative values from the professional market, supplied for information purposes only.

The delivery of HD downloadable versions (photos or videos) is generally associated with a significant donation, freely chosen by the beneficiary.

There is no obligation if the video edit or photos are not satisfactory, or if the significant donation is not desired; in such cases, only a viewing version remains accessible, with no commitment or counterpart.

No commercial activity is conducted, and viewing versions remain accessible on the website when no donation is made.

DGAC Regulatory Framework

The association complies with all obligations related to drone operations in France:

• DGAC‑registered remote pilot

• European categories: A1/A3 and A2

• Standard scenarios: STS‑01 and STS‑02

• Compliance with regulated zones (ENR 5.1, ZRT, CEA, temporary restrictions)

• Systematic risk analysis before each mission

• Establishment of an appropriate ground exclusion zone (KP ≤ 5)

• Compliance with safety rules and minimum distances from third parties

Mandatory administrative procedures carried out when required

This framework ensures compliant, safe, and fully regulated missions under French and European requirements.

Aerial Video and Photography

Aerial image capture to showcase a location, event, landscape, or local heritage, in full compliance with safety rules and regulated areas.

Video editing based on captured footage: cutting, transitions, simple titles, integration of royalty‑free music.

Video Editing

Creation of video edits using provided videos and photos, including sequence selection, cutting, transitions, simple titles, and royalty‑free music.

Editing possible from personal content: travel, family, holidays, private or associative events (depending on the quality of the provided images and videos).

Visual Inspection

Aerial observation of roofs, buildings, structures, or hard‑to‑reach areas to obtain precise images for visual analysis.

Complete Handling of Administrative Procedures

Preparation and submission of required administrative requests to municipalities and prefectural services when regulations require it: sensitive zones, temporary restrictions, specific authorizations.
