-Skillfully extracted data from diverse sources such as Excel, Text/CSV Files, Oracle, and Teradata,
-leveraging this data to produce comprehensive reports.
-Implemented calculated columns and measures to enhance business analysis, establishing sales team performance targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Proficiently imported data using SQL queries in both import and direct modes as needed.

(ETL support & Development)
Project 1: - ODS data load
- Automated the generation of parameter files in Informatica for incremental load workflows, resulting in enhanced workflow efficiency and a reduction in manual efforts.
-Played a pivotal role in the end-to-end Informatica ETL development process, actively contributing to tasks such as mapping creation and session design to ensure seamless data transfer into the data warehouse (DW).

Global Student Query Handling
-A core component of my role involved adeptly handling student queries from around the world via phone. I was the frontline representative responsible for addressing a diverse array of inquiries, ensuring that students received prompt and accurate responses to their questions. This required not only knowledge of the product but also effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient Student Refund Management
-In addition to query handling, I also managed student refund issues. This entailed navigating through complex refund processes, liaising with relevant departments, and ensuring that students' refund requests were processed efficiently and fairly. My expertise in this area contributed to building trust and maintaining a positive relationship with our student community.

International Medical Insurance Billing Expertise
-With a specialization in international medical insurance billing, I brought a wealth of knowledge to the table. This involved a deep understanding of the intricacies of billing procedures on a global scale, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.

-I played a central role in the submission, follow-up, and appeals process for insurance claims. My expertise extended to meticulously managing the claims lifecycle, from initial submission to resolution. This included working closely with healthcare providers to ensure that claims were submitted accurately and promptly.
