## Clinical Genomics related project

Aim:

To develop and validate a cancer marker

Preferred Requirements:

• Self-motivated and dynamic MS thesis students from Bioscience Background - preferably from GEB or BMB background

• With a strong interest in Molecular Biology lab works and Bioinformatics

• Proper theoretical knowledge in qPCR

• Primer designing experience is a plus 

• Hands on experience in qPCR and gene expression analysis using qPCR is a big plus

• Experience in bacteria and fungus handling, culture and storage is essential

Aim:

To develop bioinformatics tools for solving biological problems

Preferred Requirements:

• Self-motivated MS thesis students from Bioinformatics or CSE or Bioscience Background

• With a strong interest in Bioinformatics tool development 

• Strong coding skills in Python or R 

• Previous tool development experience would be a plus point

• Skill and experience in Machine Learning is a plus point

• Experience with Snakemake/Nextflow would be a plus point

• Experience in XRD, AAS, and ICP-MS would be a plus point
