About Me
My name is S Muhammad Ahmed Hassan Shah, and I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from COMSATS University Attock Campus. From September 2022 to August 2023, I served as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at the Medical Imaging and Diagnosis Lab, National Center of Artificial Intelligence (NCAI) in Islamabad, Pakistan. In this role, I focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to diagnose a range of diseases, including various cancers and infections, using medical imaging modalities such as MRI, CT-Scan, X-ray, and Mammograms. Additionally, I worked as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with Neurocare.ai, based in Texas, USA, in a remote capacity.
Currently, I am Research Assistant at Central South University, China, where my research interests have expanded into the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Infrastructure Management. I am particularly passionate about exploring innovative solutions and applying advanced technologies to address real-world challenges in transportation and infrastructure systems.
Alongside my academic and professional pursuits, I am a Senior Member of the Transportation and Development institute (ASCE). My research interests span a variety of domains, including Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Point Clouds Intelligence, Foundation Models, Digital Twins, Intelligent Transportation, and Infrastructure Management.

In my role as a research assistant at MID Lab, I had the opportunity to lead a 5-Day workshop at COMSATS University Islamabad as a trainer, where I provided instruction on AI and Deep Learning.
