Songyang Zhang

About Me

I am currently an Assistant Professor with Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California at Davis, where I received the Ph.D. degree (2021) mentored by Prof. Zhi Ding (IEEE Fellow) and Prof. Shuguang (Robert) Cui (IEEE Fellow, Fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering, Fellow of Royal Society of Canada). Prior to Ph.D. study, I received the Bachelor of Engineering (2016) in Electronic Information Engineering at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Anhui, China.
