Design

There is a unique sort of beauty reserved for darkness and dying things. When put in the hands of a child, the sinister elements juxtapose her symbolization of life, brightness, and hope.

I implemented glowing red eyes to further dramatize this idea by acting as a stark contrast against the grey hues. Three different images are sewn together: the girl, the textured background, and the emerging tree. All encompass eeriness and encourage engagement for the viewer's mind and emotions.
